What do I need to get started?
A plot (or a site you are considering), a rough idea of the home you want and your budget. We assess the site, then prepare design options with 3D renders for your approval.
Can I see my home before it is built?
Yes. Every design is developed into photorealistic 3D exterior and interior renders, so you approve a finished look before construction starts.
Who handles permits and approvals?
We do. We manage the documentation and approvals with the relevant authorities.
How do payments work?
Our packages are fixed-price and milestone-based, with transparent cost breakdowns so there are no surprise variations.
How long does a build take?
It depends on size and finishes. For our sample designs we estimate about 4 months for a 4-bedroom villa, 8 months for a 6-bedroom luxury residence and 14 months for a 12-unit apartment building.
